Catching the Rabbit - Capability 1

Rabbits don't waste a minute on a project until:
"the organization has (1) made explicit the most effective approach that is currently known for achieving success at that task and (2) built into that approach the capacity to detect failure when and where it occurs."
This is not rocket science. Duh, get the specs and processes defined up front leaving nothing to chance and make sure there are checks and balances in place to identify faults early.  Minimize ambiguity.

Rabbits do the boring hard stuff up front and reap the benefits later.
