Trust Serum

Being a trusting person doesn't mean people will trust you.  In fact being a trusting person can be a bit of a hurdle when developing trust.  As a trusting person you inherently make trust assumptions about the relationship that you may have not yet earned.  This can result in misunderstandings and ultimately mistrust.

Make sure your customers know what you are and are not going to do.  Don't assume they know.  If you are collecting their personal email addresses make sure they know you are going to protect them and never spam them.  Don't assume they know you will stand behind your product.  Make sure they know it and how you're going to do it.

Earning trust takes time.  Be professional, don't make assumptions and above all be trustworthy.
